Sad but true!

Last week a client called me up to tell me that he can't believe how a POLO officer can refer another recruitment company just so that the documents they need to submit will be approved quickly..Is this the way the Philippines will move forward? A lot of red tape? What impression are we leaving these people who think Filipinos are great workers? It's very sad and i am hoping that people change the way they think. It only will not benefit them in the long run, but their children, grand children..

Today's Clients Encounter

Today i came across clients from Dubai, Finland, Saudi Arabia, Bangkok and Singapore and it's amazing how Filipinos are their most preferred workers. Be it in Engineering, Healthcare and Hospitality, my fellow Filipinos are their top choice. Whenever i speak with clients, i speak with pride mentioning the qualifications of the people the Philippines can offer. Filipinos has contributed to their successes and it is such a good feeling to know how much they trust our capabilities. I have high hopes on what our OFWs can achieve, thus making us known all over the world for being the most preferred candidates for Engineering jobs, healthcare jobs, hospitality jobs..I will continue to find jobs for our fellow Filipinos, who can bring back good for our country. And help the Philippines altogether be a better nation..
